1. Free Assessment Session

• Free assessment sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed free sessions without notice may not be rebooked.

2. Paid Sessions & Packages

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours beforethe scheduled session.
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as used.

3. Refund Policy

• All purchased packages are non-refundableonce the first paid session has been used.
• Unused sessions within a valid package period are non-transferable and non-refundable after expiration.

4. Instructor Cancellations

If Aprender Education needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the student.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being marked as completed.
